her name is Romana Hewley
she's 19 years old and half human/half spirit of nature
she can control the water in all forms but her power depends on the moonphases
she lives in the word if Final Fantasy VII

I am still creating at that
this is the first concept of her look

I created her for some years ago, I have a whole fanfiction in my mind
I'd never made thougts about her appearance
